Family Rush Adventures
Registration, Waitlist & Payment Questions
When can I register?
The website payment portal is open for all published fixed-price options. Some dates, venues, staffing plans, and final scopes are still being completed, so payment and final operating confirmation may occur separately. The free waitlist remains available for families who are not ready to pay or need a later date.
How is availability handled?
Open times are shown as available without publishing remaining-capacity counts. Starting checkout creates a 30-minute temporary hold. After Square verifies payment, the reservation remains unavailable to other families. Expired unpaid holds are released.
Can I split the $49 team price?
Yes. Eligible paid public team registrations may use the 50/50 option: $24.50 now and the remaining $24.50 by the written balance deadline.
How does the free waitlist work?
The $0 waitlist records adult-submitted interest for a selected proposed date and time. It does not reserve a spot, lock a price, or guarantee an event. If space opens, Family Rush may send a time-limited registration invitation.
What happens if the venue cannot be secured?
Payments may be accepted while venues, sponsorships, dates, staffing, and final scopes are completed. If Family Rush cannot provide the paid service and the customer does not accept an offered replacement, the eligible amount paid will be submitted for a refund to the original payment method under the posted policy.
Does the public team price increase close to the event?
No. The standard public team price stays $49 while registration remains open. Registration closes when the session sells out or Family Rush closes booking. Active promotional codes may reduce the price according to their published terms.
How do payments work?
Family Rush sends customers to Square secure checkout. Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash App Pay may be available. Never send card information through Family Rush forms, email, text, voicemail, or paper.
When is Afterpay available?
Only when Square displays it for an eligible $400-$2,000 online private purchase. It is not offered for $20 or $49 public-team payments.
Do I receive a receipt?
Square sends its payment receipt to the contact entered at checkout. After payment and agreements are verified, Family Rush also emails a booking record to the customer and business owner.
Is Family Rush seasonal?
Yes. Family Rush Adventures operates as a seasonal event series, with separate holiday special events throughout the year. Event-day extras may include activities such as face painting and on-site food vendors.
Do Passport, Strength Card, and Bonus Reward rules apply to holiday events?
No. Explorer Passport progress, Strength Card redemption, and Family Rush Bonus Reward rules apply to seasonal Family Rush events only. Holiday specials use their own themed recognition and prize rules.
What happens when we collect 12 Bonus Explorer medals?
At qualifying seasonal Family Rush events, 12 Bonus Explorer medals may be redeemed for one Invite-a-Friend Adventure. The free guest admission covers one participating parent/adult and one child for one eligible standard seasonal adventure, subject to availability. Holiday specials and private events are excluded.
When is an event sold out?
An event is SOLD OUT when every currently published session is committed. Current session choices appear during registration and may change based on demand. Holiday specials may use a different schedule.
Who can participate?
Parent + child remains our signature focus. One participant must be age 4–13. Their teammate may be a participating adult family member or a sibling age 4 or older, including teens and adults. If both participating siblings are under 18, a parent/legal guardian must register, sign, and remain on-site. Eligible Youth Duos ages 6–13 remain welcome for approved non-sibling youth pairings. This is not drop-off childcare.
Can siblings participate together?
Yes. One teammate must be age 4–13. Their sibling may be age 4 or older with no upper age limit, including ages 14–17 and adult siblings. Siblings ages 4–17 use the Sibling Team option with a parent/legal guardian registering, signing, and remaining on-site. An adult sibling age 18+ may participate as the adult teammate and select Sibling as the relationship.
Can two non-sibling youth participate together?
Yes. Youth Duos allow two youth ages 6–13 to participate together as cousins, friends, classmates, or another approved pairing. They stay together in one wave/team spot and pay the same regular team admission price. A parent/legal guardian must register/sign and remain on-site.
What is included for each child?
Every participating child receives one snack and one drink at each event.
How long does it take?
The standard Jungle Expedition includes the active course, reward ceremony, two bonus games, and a photo opportunity.
Are photos required?
No. Photo and video consent is separate and optional. It never affects registration, scoring, awards, or accommodations.
What is the Family Memory Photo?
When available, the optional $5 add-on includes one posed digital team photo in front of the Family Rush backdrop. It requires separate consent and photographer availability. Buying a private photo does not grant promotional-use permission.
How early must I request a private event?
Submit a private-event request as early as possible. A website payment records the selected package, but the final date, venue, scope, staffing, and agreement are confirmed separately. If Family Rush cannot provide the paid service and no replacement is accepted, the eligible amount is refunded under the posted policy.
