Family Rush Questions

Choose an open Family Rush date and wave on the registration page. Public-event checkout ties the payment to the selected event spot.

Open times are shown as available without publishing remaining-capacity counts. Starting checkout may create a temporary hold. After Square verifies payment, the selected reservation stays unavailable to other families.

$39 for one approved two-person team on regular public Family Rush dates. Seasonal or holiday specials may use separate published pricing.

Parent + child remains our signature focus. One participant must be age 4–13. Approved adult-family, sibling, and eligible youth-duo team options follow the registration rules shown for the selected event. Family Rush is not drop-off childcare.

Every participating child receives one snack and one drink at each public event where that benefit is published.

Schools, churches, nonprofits, foundations, camps, youth programs, and community organizations use the same published Family Rush organization package prices. Organization type does not change the package price.

Organizations can choose an introductory youth experience, standard or expanded youth session, recurring 2–8 session series, Family Challenge Day/Night, setup-only service, Family Rush venue + setup, a Hosted Indoor Family Rush Event, or an approved seasonal organization event.

Family Rush youth programming can serve ages 4–18 with age-adjusted challenge delivery. Ages 14–18 use an advanced track with stronger independence, strategy, communication, memory, problem-solving, and leadership expectations.

Our signature family format is One Parent. One Child. One Wild Adventure. The adult and child participate together as teammates. For a setup-only event operated by the organization, the organization controls the participant age range and tells Family Rush the intended ages in advance.

The organization brings the families. Family Rush coordinates an approved indoor Columbus venue, equipment, setup, staff, event operation, recognition, and breakdown. The current published starting package is $900 for up to 15 adult-child teams and up to three event hours.

Choose the program first. Family Rush confirms the requested date, venue, age range, capacity, and operating requirements in writing. Published fixed-price packages may then be paid through the secure Family Rush Square payment portal. Larger groups and custom expansions receive a written quote.

No. Church and community programs use the same published organization pricing as schools, nonprofits, foundations, camps, and other approved organizations.

Yes. Family Rush provides enrichment rather than religious curriculum. A church may add its own prayer, devotional, scripture, or ministry component before or after the Family Rush activity block.

No. Birthday Adventures use their own family celebration pricing: $350 setup only, $650 fully facilitated, or $900 hosted indoors, subject to written date/venue confirmation.

The customer or organization operates the event and provides participant supervision. Before Family Rush equipment is handed over, the responsible adult or authorized representative must sign the Equipment Care & Damage Agreement and complete the handoff inventory. Normal wear from proper use is not charged.

The $0 waitlist records adult-submitted interest for a future public date. It does not reserve a spot, lock a price, or guarantee an event.

Family Rush sends customers to Square secure checkout. Never send card information through Family Rush forms, email, text, voicemail, or paper.

No. Photo and video consent is separate and optional. It never affects registration, scoring, awards, or accommodations.
