Electronic Signature Notice

Consent to electronic records

You may choose whether to conduct the agreement electronically. By separately checking the electronic-consent box, typing your full legal name, and submitting the form, you state that you intend to sign and agree that the electronic record and signature may be treated as an original.

What is recorded

The receipt records the agreement ID and version, signer and participant information, event details, selected acknowledgments, separate media choice, typed signature, server date and time, available IP address and browser information, and a SHA-256 record hash used to help detect changes.

Review, correction, and attribution

The form provides a final review step before submission. Correct any error before selecting "Sign and submit." A typed signature must match the adult legal name. Family Rush may use the invitation or Team ID, email address, telephone number, date and time, technical record, and follow-up communications to verify attribution.

Copy and retention

A completed receipt is emailed to the signer and Family Rush. The legal documents remain available to view, print, and save. Keep your receipt. Records may be retained for legal, insurance, accounting, safety, dispute, and claim-handling needs under the Privacy Notice and approved records schedule.

Paper or assistance

If you cannot access or retain the electronic documents, do not submit the form. Contact Family Rush before the deadline to request an accessible or paper alternative. Refusing electronic processing does not by itself affect waitlist eligibility, but all required agreements must be completed before participation.

Withdrawal and errors

You may withdraw consent to future electronic transactions by written notice, but withdrawal does not undo an agreement already signed. Report a submission error promptly by emailing ndeyediouf@familyrushadventuresllc.com and do not submit a duplicate unless instructed.
