Yes-public promotional use

You permit Family Rush Adventures LLC to photograph or record the named adult and minor participant and use selected images for its website, social media, printed marketing, sponsor reports, and future event promotion, without additional compensation.

Limited yes

Photography is permitted only for private delivery to the family and internal event documentation. Family Rush will not intentionally use those images in public marketing.

No

Family Rush will not intentionally photograph or record the named adult or minor. Incidental appearance in a wide crowd image may not always be preventable, but staff will make reasonable efforts to honor the choice.

Media conditions

• A child's full name will not be published with an image without separate written permission.
• A wristband, sticker, or team note may identify no-photo participants.
• Consent does not authorize the sale of contact information or disclosure of medical details.
• Consent may be withdrawn for future use by written notice. Materials already printed, distributed, or reshared by others may not be fully retrievable.
• Families must respect other participants' choices and should not post identifiable close-up images of unrelated children without permission.
