Sacred Heritage Designs by Family Rush
Order & Fulfillment Policy
This policy applies to Sacred Heritage Standard, Standard Bundle, Mecca Only, and Custom Heritage orders sold by Family Rush Adventures LLC.
Effective: September 28, 2026
1. Seller and product line
Sacred Heritage Designs by Family Rush is a product line of Family Rush Adventures LLC. Family Rush Adventures LLC is the seller of the artwork, receives the order through its website and Stripe checkout, and handles fulfillment and customer service.
2. Made-to-order products
Sacred Heritage framed artwork is made to order. Standard pieces are produced from the design, wording, orientation, and fulfillment selections submitted with the order. Custom Heritage pieces may require additional research, design work, or clarification before production.
3. Review your order before payment
Customers are responsible for reviewing the selected country or heritage, design type, wording, spelling, names, dates, orientation, pickup or shipping choice, and any custom instructions before completing payment. If information is unclear, Family Rush Adventures LLC may pause production and contact the customer for clarification.
4. Custom Heritage approvals
When Family Rush Adventures LLC sends a proof, preview, or written confirmation for a Custom Heritage order, the customer is responsible for reviewing the visible wording, names, dates, requested details, and overall direction before approving production. Once an approved design enters production, changes may require a new order or additional charge.
5. Sacred and religious wording
Family Rush Adventures LLC makes reasonable efforts to review sacred and religious wording before production. Customers requesting custom wording must provide the wording clearly. If a question about wording or presentation is identified, production may be paused until the customer confirms the request.
6. No cash refunds
If Family Rush Adventures LLC approves an order issue, the available remedy is a remake/replacement of the affected item or store credit toward a future Sacred Heritage Designs purchase. This policy does not limit any remedy that applicable law requires.
7. Changes and cancellations
Because artwork is made to order, an order cannot be cancelled for a cash refund. Before production begins, Family Rush Adventures LLC may allow an order change or store credit. Once production has begun, cancellation is not available. If a requested change requires new design or production work, an additional charge may apply.
8. Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If an item is damaged, defective, or materially different from the confirmed order, contact Family Rush Adventures LLC within 5 calendar days of delivery or pickup. Include clear photographs of the frame, artwork, packaging when relevant, and the issue being reported. After review, an approved claim will be resolved by remake/replacement or store credit only.
9. Shipping
U.S. shipping is free on artwork subtotals of $30 or more, before shipping and tax. Orders under $30 have a $7.95 shipping charge. U.S. shipping addresses are collected during Stripe checkout. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by conditions outside Family Rush Adventures LLC's control. If a shipment appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us so we can review tracking and, when appropriate, work with the carrier. Approved remedies remain remake/replacement or store credit only.
10. Columbus pickup
Local pickup customers pay at checkout and must wait for a ready notice before coming to pick up the order. The pickup address and available pickup times are provided by text or email when the order is ready. Please collect the order within 14 days when possible or contact Family Rush Adventures LLC to arrange another pickup time. Storage cannot be guaranteed after 30 days without an agreed arrangement.
11. Production timing
Production and completion times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Custom research, customer approvals, supply availability, carrier delays, or unusually high order volume can affect completion. Family Rush Adventures LLC will use the contact information supplied at checkout for material order updates.
12. Color, print, and frame variation
Screens display color differently, and printed artwork can vary slightly in color, brightness, placement, crop, or finish from a digital preview. Minor variations that do not materially change the ordered design are not considered defects. Frames may also show normal manufacturing variation.
13. Intellectual property and reproduction
Purchase of a framed Sacred Heritage piece transfers the physical product only. Unless Family Rush Adventures LLC agrees otherwise in writing, the underlying artwork, layout, branding, and design system remain the intellectual property of Family Rush Adventures LLC and may not be copied, resold as digital artwork, reproduced for commercial use, or used to create competing products.
14. Payments and privacy
Secure payment is processed through Stripe. Family Rush Adventures LLC does not receive or store the customer's full payment card number through the Sacred Heritage website checkout. Customer contact, order, and fulfillment information may be used as reasonably necessary to process, produce, deliver, support, and document the order.
15. Policy acceptance
By checking the policy acknowledgement next to the Sacred Heritage checkout button and continuing to Stripe, the customer confirms that they reviewed and accept this Order & Fulfillment Policy for the order being submitted.
