Waitlist rules
- Interest is recorded in the order received for the proposed date and time selected.
- Joining the waitlist does not reserve a spot, guarantee an event, or create a registration.
- If a venue and date are confirmed and a team opening may be available, we may contact waitlisted families in order with a time-limited invitation.
- If the invitation deadline passes without a completed response, the opportunity may move to the next family.
- A team is confirmed only after Family Rush opens official registration and all required launch steps are completed.
No payment is requested through this waitlist. When official paid registration opens for an available team spot, customers may pay in full or choose the standard 50/50 payment option. The first 50% payment is part of the published team price, not a waitlist fee.
